About the Job

Als Account Manager Maritime Services ben je verantwoordelijkheid voor het uitbreiden van ons klantenbestand in de maritieme sector door onze klanten te voorzien van laboratoriumdiensten. Je werkt nauw samen met de andere Account Managers, Business Developers en Operations collega’s binnen het Maritime Services Team, als ook de overige collega’s binnen Eurofins wereldwijd. Je vertaald de behoefte van de klanten naar passende oplossingen, en denkt- en werkt mee tijdens het onboarding traject van een nieuwe klant en/of dienst. Je zorgt ervoor dat wij nieuwe klanten mogen verwelkomen, maar tevens draag je zorg voor het onderhoud- en behoud van onze huidige klanten. Kortom: Jij speelt een sleutelrol in de verdere groei van Eurofins Maritime Services.

Je belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

Het proactief benaderen van nieuwe klanten en het onderhouden van relaties met bestaande klanten binnen de wereldwijde maritieme sector.
Het identificeren van klantbehoeften en het adviseren over de meest geschikte laboratoriumtesten en -diensten.
Het opstellen en presenteren van commerciële offertes en contracten.
Het behalen van commerciële targets en het rapporteren van voortgang aan het management.
Het volgen van trends en ontwikkelingen in de maritieme industrie en het inspelen op marktbehoeften.
Het vertegenwoordigen van Eurofins Maritime Services op vakbeurzen en evenementen wereldwijd.
