Electrical Technologist

As a part of our continued growth, our Burnaby office has an outstanding opportunity for an Electrical Technologist. You will work in a team environment with intermediate and senior engineers to deliver light industrial and healthcare projects to our client base in Western Canada.

Major Responsibilities: 

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide design, production and documentation developments for electrical power and distribution systems, lighting controls, and building low voltage systems
• Develop electrical documentation using Revit and AutoCAD
• Strictly adhere to AECOM's project BIM/CADD standards, including capability of learning and adopting clients' standard and requirements upon request
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and quality of technical aspect on project documentation produced in accordance with AECOM QA/QC procedures and the clients' standards
• Ensure that project deliverables are produced in a timely manner to expected quality and allocated budget
• Efficiently and effectively handle multiple tasks independently
