We’re looking for Accounting Specialist who will join our team in Cigli/Izmir.

What we look in candidates;

• 5 years+ experience in Finance and Accounting
• Experience in different sectors in large-scale organizations and multinational companies
• Ability to undertake tasks on strategic issues such as internal control systems and risk management
• Ability to use tools such as SAP -Excel at an advanced level
• Taken an active role in tax audits and compliance processes
• SMMM certification or pursuing it is an advantage
• Good command of English

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Issuing invoices on a daily basis, executing and filing the approval process
• Handling the records of e-invoice (e-Fatura), e-archive (e-arşiv) and paper invoices in SAP.
• Preparing monthly tax declarations (KDV, Muhtasar, Damga Vergisi, GEKAP etc.)
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Supporting the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations to internal and external auditors.
• Taking part in inflation accounting studies.
• Preparing and processing monthly reconciliations with suppliers and customers.
• Preparing the necessary documents for tenders.
• Accounting for import and export invoices.
• Monitoring and preparing depreciation schedules.
• Supporting other departments in accounting matters when necessary.
• Following-up of investment incentive invoices.
