Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Define and deploy marketing strategies (focusing on South East Asia)</li></ul><ul><li>Understand global and regional market trends in terms of applications and customers</li><li>Understand competitor dynamics and tactics</li><li>Responsible for coordinating and driving global marketing / awareness activities centrally and across regions (including KPIs, performance)</li><li>Consolidation of bottom-up planning from countries and alignment for the Division</li></ul><ul><li>Drive introduction of new “products” in SEA</li></ul><ul><li>Set value proposition, as part of and aligned with Division value proposition</li><li>Define and implement the marketing mix as part of segment strategy</li><li>Strong interaction and cooperation with sales and product management teams as well as country marketing</li></ul><ul><li>Setup and execute the marketing strategy including internal / external communication strategy </li></ul><ul><li>Alignment of messaging towards customer, employee and job market with relevant stakeholders</li><li>Manage the overall event strategy &amp; calendar, plan and execute events</li><li>Drive and support marketing campaigns &amp; initiatives (7Ps)</li><li>Prepare media planning for online marketing and social media, design digital campaigns</li><li>Coordination of the marketing activities with Division, local entities and GEA Corporate Communication &amp; Branding</li><li>Ensuring functional Marketing excellence</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>University, Bachelor or Master degree in Management / Business Administration / Marketing / Engineering </li><li>2 - 3  years relevant/significant experience</li><li>Mastery of marketing including deep knowledge regarding the integration of theory and principles with organizational practices</li><li>Over 2 years of experience in complex multinational matrix organization</li><li>Good people and management skills to interact with staff colleagues and cross functional teams and third parties</li><li>Written, spoken, reading and listening fluency in English and Thai.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
