Job description
You’ll be at the forefront of promoting a culture of integrity—working closely with our Group Legal & Compliance team to tailor global policies to local needs, deliver impactful training, conduct risk assessments, and ensure our operations meet the highest ethical standards.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the implementation of Group policies in EMEA, with the support of the Group Compliance team, including appointment and coordination of compliance delegates.
Aid the Global Head of Compliance with the organization of the Global Ethics and Compliance Committee and align with EMEA legal regarding compliance matters in contracts
Act as liaison between divisional leadership teams and operations to develop the divisional ethics and compliance culture.
Prepare and deliver compliance training sessions (e.g., with regards to code of conduct, anti-bribery, trade compliance, privacy, competition law, …) in coordination with the Group Compliance team.
Organize compliance risk-assessments at local and regional level, together with Group compliance and the Internal Audit team in charge of the Enterprise Risk Management program.
Continuously adjust the divisional compliance program & controls based on the results of such risk-assessments
Requirements
A compliance background in a manufacturing / product related environment would be highly beneficial - Familiarity with compliance programs and policies specific to supply chain or manufacturing industries
A high level of curiosity and learning agility.
A proactive approach and a willingness to learn and grow within the legal field.
CIPP/E or similar certification is a plus
Fluent in English – any additional European language is a plus.
