The opportunity

Join Hitachi Energy as a Project Assistant Intern and be an expert. This role allows you to gain in-depth knowledge of the market and provide our clients with the best-in-class product. You'll play a crucial role in making a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction and contribute to building a team/function. How you’ll make an impact

• You will provide administrative support to perform complex project administrative activities and take responsibility for delivering specific department processes/programs.

• You will provide project documentation research, compile and issue special reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc.

• You will arrange project-critical internal/external events, including for example project travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conference registration, visiting speakers, etc.

• Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

• You hold a bachelor's degree.

• Business and operation Support experience in a similar industry is preferred.

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to be flexible and work in a team environment.

• Aggressive to learn and teamwork concept.

• Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
