Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Produce/package/label all products to meet or exceed all quality specifications per shop order, QCIC’s and all other required documents provided.</li><li>Operates various manufacturing and measurement equipment in a safe and orderly manner and notifies Supervisor or Production Manager when operating problems occur or when standards cannot be met.</li><li>Meet or exceed all due dates assigned to the manufacturing shop order.</li><li>Responsible for all products manufactured.</li><li>Understanding of documentation system including reading comprehension, writing and how to complete documents accurately.</li><li>May assist engineering or manufacturing technicians with validation of processes, product and tooling.</li><li>Understand and follow gowning processes and procedures while maintaining a clean and presentable work station.</li><li>Train cell operators and make sure standard work is being followed.</li><li>Train cell operators and update MDI charts and maintain daily production schedule for assigned part numbers.</li><li>Responsible for managing payroll of assigned team members. </li><li>Complete and participate in 5S audits, update and maintain cell action list and monitor counter measures daily.</li><li>Be actively involved in layered audits and daily problem solving using lean tools.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>High school diploma required; technical degree preferred.</li><li>3+ years of experience in injection molding operations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and plastic materials.</li><li>Basic understanding of scientific molding principles.</li><li>Experience in medical device or cleanroom environment.</li><li>Leadership or mentoring experience.</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
