Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business process management strategies to streamline and optimize workflows.
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements for ERP systems, specifically Salesforce and SAP.
  • Manage order processing within Salesforce, ensuring all orders are efficiently tracked and processed.
  • Plan and manage production orders in SAP, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation for reference in Confluence to ensure clear and consistent operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements and provide recommendations for improving business processes.
  • Design, execute, monitor, and continuously optimize business processes across multiple systems and teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in Salesforce to enhance efficiency, productivity, and the customer experience.
  • Oversee and manage change processes related to business operations in Salesforce and related systems, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Resolve department bottlenecks and inefficiencies through process redesign and system optimization.
  • Provide content for training and guidance to teams on process improvements, ensuring adoption of new process standards and methodologies.
  • Monitor the effect of process changes on business performance through metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports on outcomes and areas for further improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, APICS) preferred.
  • Proven experience in business process management, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement actionable improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of business objectives.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling and change management techniques.

 

Skills:

  • Strong experience with ERP systems such as Salesforce and SAP, with an in-depth understanding of order processing and production order planning.
  • Experience using Confluence for process documentation and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, financial modeling, and Excel for process optimization and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with research methodology and applying insights to process improvements.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles and methodologies to drive successful transformations.
  • Expertise in planning theories and forecasting methods to ensure efficient resource allocation and meeting business.
