This role focuses primarily on managing payroll processes for Germany and Nordics (but not limited to these regions). Responsibilities include preparing payroll inputs, ensuring compliance with local laws and maintaining accurate, timely payroll processes.The successful candidate will also play a key role in our Global Payroll Transformation Project by supporting the transition from multiple payroll providers to a single global provider.What you'll do<ul><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for payroll providers and internal stakeholders, fostering clear communication and efficient issue resolution.  </li><li>Manage payroll from end to end, including preparing payroll data and inputs for the payroll provider in the required formats and templates. Providing support with data validation, testing and implementation tasks.</li><li>Extract and prepare reports from our time and attendance system (Cloudpay &amp; Shyftplan), including details such as night shifts, vacation, overtime, and sickness.
