The Senior Mobile Developer doesn't just write code—they shape the user experience, mentor the team, and drive innovation across the mobile stack. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using .NET MAUI.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate requirements into functional mobile features.</li><li>Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and industry standards.</li><li>Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality software.</li><li>Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and user experience across devices and platforms.</li><li>Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and other backend services.</li><li>Implement and maintain unit tests and UI testing to ensure application stability and reliability.</li><li>Utilize native APIs as needed to meet platform-specific functionality requirements.</li><li>Stay current with emerging mobile technologies, especially .NET MAUI, Xamarin, and mobile DevOps practices.</li><li>Mentor and support junior developers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.</li><li>Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.</li></ul><p> <strong>Desired Skills and Experience</strong>:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>8+ years of professional experience developing mobile applications, with at least 2 years working in .NET MAUI or Xamarin. Forms.</li><li>Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and MVVM architecture, with a track record of building maintainable and scalable codebases.</li><li>Proven experience shipping mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms, including full lifecycle development—from concept to app store deployment and ongoing support.</li><li>Proficient in working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating mobile apps with backend services.</li><li>Solid understanding of mobile app behaviors in real-world environments, including push notifications, debugging, and app store publishing.</li><li>Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Azure DevOps.</li><li>Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit) and UI testing tools such as BrowserStack.</li><li>Exposure to native mobile development using Swift/Objective-C or Java/Kotlin, with the ability to implement platform-specific functionality when needed.</li><li>Experience working with dependency injection frameworks such as Microsoft.
