As the BP for our P&amp;E, Operations, Commercial &amp; Finance departments you will play a pivotal role in building and fostering strong relationships with the local leadership team. You will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with leaders to set solid foundations for local people strategies that align with our sustainable mission and unique culture. Our People Business Partner team currently consists of one Business Partner Lead, who would be your manager and two other People Business Partners.Your responsibilities include:<ul><li>Be the go-to person for managers and employees with HR questions in the Product, Engineering, Commercial, Operations &amp; Finance departments.</li><li>Own and lead key HR projects, this can range from HR data &amp; tooling projects, L&amp;D and compensation &amp; benefits.</li><li>Work with internal stakeholders to understand the people management priorities that will drive and deliver business plans and use this insight to develop effective and innovative HR solutions.</li><li>Own the process of rolling out the wider HR strategy within your departments (e.g. the performance review cycle, compensation reviews)</li><li>Analyze trends in your departments to help guide decisions and anticipate business needs.</li><li>Be able to pick up and resolve complex employee issues.</li><li>Work closely with management to ensure work relationships, morale and retention are prioritized.</li></ul><h3>Who we are looking for</h3>You feel connected to Fastned's mission: to accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility by giving freedom to electric drivers.
