You’ll play a pivotal role in optimising our operations, collaborating cross-functionally, and implementing cutting-edge solutions to elevate our performance.<ul><li>Innovation of production processes with focus on improvement and efficiency</li><li>Shopfloor/Office work 70/30</li><li>Production lead time shortening</li><li>Seeking waste elimination in production process</li><li>COGS reduction</li><li>Looking for improvements in material and information flow</li><li>Conduct time and motion studies and capacity analysis</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Evaluate and recommend equipment and tooling upgrades</li><li>Key player in implementation of new processes and equipment • Active participation in Gemba walks, 5S audits</li><li>Cross-functional cooperation in internal supply chain</li><li>Working with ERP system, its modules and databases</li><li>Obligation to work in accordance with instructions of the direct manager and the management,</li><li>Work in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and instructions,</li><li>Obligation to comply with legislative and internal OHS rules, fire protection and the environment,</li><li>Attends training and business trips required by the employer,</li><li>Contribute by work and behavior at workplace to fulfill the quality policy and objectives and adhere to its obligations laid down in the quality management system documentation,</li><li>Ensures precautions within the range of own responsibilities to maintain 0 accidents, decrease of near misses and injuries.</li></ul>
