AECOM is seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to provide expert support on post-contract activities for a client.Role and ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be, but not limited to:<ul><li>Specialized in post-contract cost consultancy services, with experience on mid to large-scale residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.</li><li>Experienced in working collaboratively within a team of professionals delivering post-contract cost management and consultancy services.</li><li>Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors with:<ul><li>Measurement and valuation of works</li><li>Assessment and agreement of variations</li><li>Preparation of payment certificates and final accounts</li><li>Cost reporting and forecasting</li></ul></li><li>Ensure compliance with quality control requirements and internal procedures.</li><li>Support in benchmarking, data collection, and internal financial reporting.</li><li>Contribute to the preparation and delivery of various outputs across all Funder Advisory services.</li></ul> <ul><li> </li></ul>
