We are looking for an experienced Senior / Principal modeler to join our dynamic MEP design team. In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for leading BIM implementation and coordination efforts across complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You will serve as a key point of contact for technical delivery, working with engineers, project managers, and technicians to ensure quality and compliance with international standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>BIM Implementation: Lead the integration of BIM processes and standards across the design team and stakeholders.</li><li>Team Collaboration: Facilitate coordination among architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to support seamless data exchange.</li><li>3D Model Development: Oversee and manage detailed 3D models using BIM software to represent design intent and comply with global industry standards.</li><li>Clash Detection: Use BIM tools (e.g., Navisworks) to detect and resolve design conflicts proactively, reducing rework and delays.</li><li>Documentation Generation: Produce and review construction documentation derived from BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Data and Quality Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date model data. Implement QA/QC processes to ensure model integrity and compliance.</li><li>Mentorship: Provide training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to junior technicians and BIM staff.</li><li>Project Leadership: Coordinate with engineers and project managers to manage design deliverables, drawings, and site reports.</li><li>BIM Execution Plan (BEP): Create, review, and negotiate BIM Execution Plans with clients and lead architects to align with MEP requirements.</li><li>Resource Planning: Support even work distribution, enhance team productivity, and contribute to BIM team performance optimization.</li><li>Industry Compliance: Stay current with BIM/CAD standards and relevant industry regulations, ensuring all documentation is aligned with the latest technological practices.</li></ul>Software &amp; Tools:<ul><li>Revit MEP (2009–2023)</li><li>Navisworks</li><li>AutoCAD MEP</li><li>Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul>
