Maintain effective work processes, drive continuous improvement and sharing of best practices at the plants. Manage the training of new operating staff for the Shift Ops team. Review, develop and ensure Operating Procedures &amp; manuals are in place and up to date for plant. Together with AOTS team ensure plant preventive &amp; breakdown maintenance are coordinated and executed in a timely manner and in accordance with the SAP PM system. Provide performance KPI reports such as down time reports, productivity, power &amp; plant efficiency reports. Work with the AOTS support teams and Global Supply Chain to identify &amp; execute productivity ideas. Lead to implement CI policy and take actions at plants, work close with PPE, PPO, CI department, find the chance to reduce operation cost and optimize plant efficiency. Any other related work assigned by line manager. JOB REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Bachelor or above in Chemical process, Chemical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Industrial automation, Instrument engineering or related disciplines.</li><li> At least 2 years work experience in ASU, petrochemical, or related industries in operations and/or engineering or related activities.</li><li>Must have extensive coordination experience in a multi team environment.</li><li>Demonstrated strong leadership, interpersonal skills and customer relation skill. </li><li>Wide technical knowledge in ASU operations and engineering, Hands of experience in operations and maintenance and thorough troubleshooting on equipment installed in the facility.</li><li>Has fluent oral English and excellent written English skill.</li></ul>We are the world’s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
