They will participate as a strategic partner in Commissioning team projects, helping align department goals and objectives to larger company goals.  They will work collaboratively with manufacturing, procurement, assembly, and other SPARC teams to achieve these goals directly responsible for the execution of SPARC assembly in-situ testing initiatives.</span></div><br><br><h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul><li>Primarily responsible for the preparation, execution and administration of SPARC assembly test initiatives</li><li>Responsibilities entail personnel training, equipment and material procurement, service contracts, test readiness reviews, permit-to-work, simultaneous operations, work authorization &amp; stoppage, coordination of issue submittal resolution (non-conformance or troubleshooting), execution tracking, broad progress communication, test report issuance and proper hand-offs with cross-functional teams</li><li>Function as strategic partner for the commissioning team utilizing system expertise and understanding of the team goals. Demonstrate leadership and good judgment in ensuring alignment with broader company goals</li><li>Interact with work groups within and outside of CFS to ensure that commissioning team philosophy and CFS vision is clearly communicated and fully understood.  Provide mentorship and guidance as appropriate</li><li>Proactively identify issues and ensure accurate submission to the commissioning management system.
