About the Job
A propos du poste :
- Nous recherchons un alternant motivé et organisé pour rejoindre notre équipe Office Management avec un focus dans l'organisation des locaux. Ce stage offre une opportunité unique de développer des compétences en gestion administrative et en coordination des espaces de travail.
Missions principales :
- Assister la direction dans la gestion quotidienne des tâches administratives,
- Coordonner l'organisation et l'aménagement des locaux
- Gérer les fournitures de bureau et les équipements.
- Planifier et organiser des réunions et des événements internes,
- Assurer la liaison avec les différents services pour garantir le bon fonctionnement des locaux,
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus administratifs.
Prérequis :
- De formation Bac +2/+3 en gestion, administration, ou domaine similaire.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Sens du détail et rigueur.
- Un bon niveau d'anglais est un plus.
