This role will be responsible for the administration of payroll, benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability and 401(k) plan. The ideal candidate is detail – oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position will work on-site out of our Austin or San Antonio locations.</div><br><br><h3>Essential Functions and Duties:</h3><ul><li>Review, edit, and approved time keeping through ADP.</li><li>Follow up with Managers for missed punches to ensure appropriate allocation of labor.</li><li>Assist in payroll data entry, audits, and resolving discrepancies before payroll</li><li>processing.</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits and total rewards inquiries.</li><li>Support payroll with prep and post reporting needs.</li><li>Assist and support the administration of open enrollment (annually in March/April),</li><li>wellness fairs, and other benefit related events.</li><li>Process and document leaves of absence (medical, work-related, personal, FMLA, NON-</li><li>FMLA)</li><li>Serve as liaison between HR/payroll and third-party administrators for benefits and</li><li>disability processing.</li><li>Function as liaison with third party vendors for COBRA and mandatory notifications.</li><li>Maintaining data integrity while entering new information and changes into multiple</li><li>systems</li><li>Perform other related duties or ad hoc projects within the scope of responsibilities.</li><li>Coordinate with third party brokers to ensure that the company's benefits policy complies with laws and regulations.</li><li>Inform employees of any changes to their benefits.</li><li>Ensure required healthcare documents are posted and available for employees (i.e. SPD's, benefit forms)</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>3-5 years related payroll and benefits admin experience.  </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. </li><li>Prior administrative experience strongly preferred. </li><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent, 3 years’ experience in an office environment.</li></ul><h3>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</h3><ul><li>Ability to work independently under general direction. </li><li>Proficient knowledge of Excel. </li><li>Excellent communication and people skills </li><li>Ability to maintain confidential information.  </li><li>Process and detail-oriented; great team player.  </li><li>Ability to work with diverse and strong personalities to drive results in fast-paced environment.</li></ul><br><div><span style="font-size:16px;">We understand you may be a great candidate without fitting all our preferred experience, knowledge, skills, and attributes.
