You will work closely with the project lead, product managers, engineers, and UX teams to deliver accurate, accessible, and context-aware documentation using MadCap Flare and MadCap CentralKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and maintain clear, concise, and user-focused documentation including user guides, online help, and in-product content.</li><li>Use MadCap Flare to develop modular and reusable content that supports single-sourcing and multiple output formats (PDF, HTML5, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate with the team using MadCap Central.</li><li>Contribute to the implementation of context-sensitive help to deliver personalized, screen-specific guidance.</li><li>Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, UX, and support teams to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.</li><li>Apply content standards, templates, and style guides to maintain consistency across deliverables.</li><li>Participate in peer reviews and contribute to the continual improvement of content development processes.</li><li>Exceptional proficiency in written English.</li><li>Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently while meeting tight deadlines.</li><li>Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in an environment with competing demands.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>6 - 9 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in software or technology environments.</li><li>Proficient in MadCap Flare, with hands-on experience in creating and managing structured content.</li><li>Familiarity with MadCap Central for collaboration, review, and publishing workflows.</li><li>Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail and user perspective.</li><li>Experience working in agile or fast-paced development environments.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Exposure to context-sensitive help, UX writing, and guided workflows.</li><li>Exposure to hardware documentation is an added advantage.</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li><li>Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.</li><li>Proficient in Adobe FrameMaker; knowledge of other Adobe products.</li><li>Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.</li></ul><h3>Location</h3>Bangalore <div>We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
