As we scale, you'll recruit, train, and lead a team of top-notch electricians and installers. If you're passionate about clean energy and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, we want you on our team.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li> Lead Installations: Execute and oversee the installation of residential rooftop solar systems and other green energy solutions.</li> <li> Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a growing team of electricians and installers.</li> <li> Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to all local codes, safety standards, and company policies.</li> <li> Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution.</li> <li> Innovate: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li> Licenses </li> <ul> <li> Master Electrician: Valid in New York State.</li> <li> SST Supervisor Card: 62-hour Site Safety Training Supervisor Card as per NYC Local Law 196.</li> <li> Driving: valid New York state driving license</li> <li> Solar: NABCEP Certification</li> </ul> <li> Experience: 3 years in solar or renewable energy projects.</li> <li> Leadership: Proven experience in building and managing teams.</li> <li> Startup Mentality: Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li> <li> Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.</li> <li> Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems is a plus.</li> <li> Physcial Ability: Must be able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, work in various environmental conditions</li> </ul>Benefits<ul> <li>Competitive Compensation: $45-60/hour, Bi-annual cash bonus scheme</li> <li>Health Insurance and 401K Match</li> <li>PTO of 15 days + Federal Holidays</li> </ul>
