About the Job

Shipping and purchasing needs: Sample receipt and shipment - including documentation, packaging, and labeling of samples for shipment both domestically and internationally.
Purchasing/ordering of lab supplies in support of laboratory activities including chemicals, reagents, glassware, etc.
Safety Compliance Oversee the laboratory HSE program including emergency response, periodic audits, safety training, hazard communication, ergonomics, waste disposal, and addressing any identified safety or environmental issues.
Support Lean/OpEx activities within the laboratory space such as 5S organization, inventories, and fit and finish assessments
Actively collaborates with AQCO teams (Analytical and Laboratory Informatics, Forensics, etc.) to provide inventory, lab organization, and shipping and purchasing support.
Ensure compliance with applicable global standards and regulatory guidelines.
Support lab activities in support of safety and inspection readiness initiatives
Work with AQCO to ensure appropriate inventory levels of lab supplies are maintained and order additional supplies as needed to maintain laboratory activities
