About the Job
- Responsible for the architecture design management of the project, such as formulating project schedule and budget plan, after getting the department manager’s related approval, should ensure the project is implemented as scheduled.
- Assist the chief designer or project manager in organizing design team to promote and complete the project scheme design.
- Conduct junior designers’ design and drawing work to guarantee the quality of project drawings.
- Responsible for the calculation of area, sunlight, energy reservation, etc. of allocating project.
- Responsible for compiling the presentation documents at different stages.
- Assist client in project setup and take responsible for the communication and coordination work between the client and government executive department.
- Take charge of the subsequent design and implement the concept design to the subsequent process to ensure the project’s final result.
- Other tasks assigned by people manager.
