How You’ll Make an Impact
Support supervisors and teams in achieving top-tier HSSE performance
Help ensure compliance with corporate, customer, and regulatory standards
Conduct audits, inspections, and safety walkthroughs
Assist in incident investigations and root cause analysis
Track and follow up on corrective actions
Promote awareness through safety campaigns and training
Participate in daily meetings and shift handovers
Contribute ideas to enhance HSSE programs and culture
Your Background
Minimum 2 years in an HSSE role or minimum 5 years in heavy manufacturing with safety involvement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, self-driven, and proactive
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital tools
Willing to attend ongoing training and development
Able to travel up to 10% as needed
Preferred: Degree in HSE or engineering, HSE certifications, bilingual (English/Spanish), ISO experience
