We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager Strategic Service Projects to lead and manage strategic service projects and programs that support our business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving highly strategic projects, such as the set-up of global remote support services or other structural business improvements and extensions, within a global matrix structure and preferably in the machinery industry or investment goods sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for strategic service projects and programs.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Monitor project progress, address potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely, within scope, and budget project delivery.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the project team.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and support for project goals.
• Demonstrate a hands-on mentality to dive into content and support stakeholders and workstream leads in structuring it effectively.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in service management and project management.
• Experience in setting up new business fields and revenue streams.
• Experience in launching new services and working with product development processes.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects within a global matrix structure.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the machinery industry, process engineering, or investment goods sector is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in business transformation and change management.
• Experience in Customer Service Management.
• Familiarity with remote support service models and technologies.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
