We are committed to innovation and excellence, continuously seeking to improve our service offerings and customer satisfaction through the use of advanced technologies and processes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for strategic service projects and programs.</li><li>Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.</li><li>Monitor project progress, address potential issues, and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure timely, within scope, and budget project delivery.</li><li>Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the project team.</li><li>Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and support for project goals.</li><li>Demonstrate a hands-on mentality to dive into content and support stakeholders and workstream leads in structuring it effectively.</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsQualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.</li><li>PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in service management and project management.</li><li>Experience in setting up new business fields and revenue streams.</li><li>Experience in launching new services and working with product development processes.</li><li>Proven experience in managing large-scale projects within a global matrix structure.</li><li>Exceptional communication and influencing skills.</li><li>Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience in the machinery industry, process engineering, or investment goods sector is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software and tools.</li><li>Ability to travel as needed.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in business transformation and change management.</li><li>Experience in Customer Service Management.</li><li>Familiarity with remote support service models and technologies.</li><li>Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
