The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems relevant to engineering, construction, and capital project environments, with hands-on experience in system integration, data management, and user support.<h2>Job Description:</h2>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems supporting asset development and capital project lifecycles.</li><li>Collaborate with Operation/Asset Management teams to ensure systems meet business needs and industry standards.</li><li>Drive digital transformation initiatives, including process automation, data analytics, and corporate tools integration.</li><li>Ensure data integrity, cybersecurity, and system availability across all supported platforms.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships and coordinate system upgrades, patches, and licensing.</li><li>Support training to internal users and project stakeholders.</li><li>Support data migration and integration with corporate ERP, document management, and maintenance systems (e.g., D365, Maximo, L2 Scada).</li></ul>Education &amp; experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>3 years of experience in IT systems support, preferably in asset development or capital project environments.</li><li>Proven experience with engineering information systems, project management platforms, and asset lifecycle management tools.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), APIs, and system integrations is a plus.</li><li>Industry certifications (e.g., PMP) is a plus.</li><li>Maximo or others asset management tool knowledge would be considered a plus.</li></ul>Skills and abilities<ul><li>Strong analytical thinking and a proactive mindset.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Willingness to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.</li><li>Prior experience in renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.</li><li>A good relationship builder to work with stakeholders at all levels across the business.</li><li>Project Management Skills</li><li>Asset Development knowledge</li><li>Microsoft office suite</li><li>Fluent English written and spoken</li><li>Italian or Portuguese will be desirable</li></ul>Pay and benefitsWith a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
