Manage, direct, and oversee all CT/MA Operations financial planning and results activity. Including the preparation and management of annual/quarterly/monthly OpEx budget and results analysis. Manage, develop, and enhance metrics tracking business performance. Identify trends and produce ad-hoc analysis. Proactively engage with CT/MA Operations leadership to support greater enterprise value creation. Act as liaison between CT/MA Operations and corporate partners; Corporate Accounting, Control, Investment Planning, and Regulatory. Lead recurring CT/MA Operations results discussion driving focus around performance. Solicit feedback, identify root cause, and corrective action. Lead, manage, evaluate, and develop a diverse team of professional staff members. Additionally, recruit, train, motivate, and retain a professional staff. Support their ongoing professional development and promote/sustain collaborative environment. Provide expert assistance on financial/regulatory matters. Rate case guidance, support, and documentation. Oversee CT/MA Operations major storm finance role. Including real time major storm cost estimation and master data creation.
