The ideal candidate will be a team player with a solid foundation in accounting and possess strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and will have a daily, ongoing impact on financial transactions</div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage and own accounts payable &amp; expense reimbursements process, including AP processing, vendor management, and payment reconciliation.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end close processes by performing account reconciliations and journal entries.</li><li>Monitor cash balances and initiate intercompany cash transfers.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliation for multiple entities and record automated ACH debits.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>Experience in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.</li></ul><br><div>Diamond Foundry believes in supporting our employees from the workplace to their personal and home life.
