The selected candidate will manage project budgets, approvals, EPC contractor invoicing and provide Development RFP support. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the Project Manager will monitor and coordinate all pre-construction activities for projects authorized for design and construction.</div><div><br></div><div>This position reports to the Director of Project Management or another senior management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate.
