They will have a strong business acumen, thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively juggle multiple initiatives, and leverage these competencies to provide stewardship and oversight of key master data.We offer a full benefits package to include Flexible Time Off (FTO) for salaried positions, health, dental, vision, investment savings plan, and additional miscellaneous benefits.    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:  To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. <ul><li>Be a key player of the ERP transformation program as a functional expert in data</li><li>Develop and leverage relationships with key stakeholders including Sales &amp; Distribution, Material Management, Finance, IT and Master Data</li><li>Work closely with business SME personnel to develop and maintain a functional understanding and documentation of what processes have been developed to date as well as any data challenges that may exist. </li><li>Drive data readiness activities for all European deployment sites, providing knowledge to the business on best practices for data cleansing.</li><li>Support all data migration activities as a functional expert for each deployment</li><li>Implement SOPs for global master data management standards and data governance ensuring they align to best practices</li><li>Analyze and align opportunities across different businesses and legacy ERP systems to drive value as a data-driven organization</li><li>Connect and influence through shared vision to drive innovation and adoption of new tools and processes</li><li>Collaborate to align master data management and data governance standards, processes, and rollout with the Global ERP rollout</li><li>Excel in a fast past environment, while providing a high level of quality and control.  Provide thought leadership and a vision for the future of data while providing a scalable platform for speed and efficiency.</li><li>Facilitate meetings with technical and business resources, documenting the outcomes of those meetings</li><li>Use existing or seek out emerging industry practices when solving business problems.</li><li>Ensures compliance of government or regulatory standards (SOX, PCI, internal audit, external audit, etc.).</li><li>Engage with the ERP team handle governance, planning, acquisition, development, and delivery of new and existing data capabilities in ERP.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS: <ul><li>Master’s degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience; or Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Information Systems experience.</li><li>Proven experience in Master Data Management and Data Migration role, specific to data migration processes and MDM scenarios.</li><li>Understanding of modern Master Data Management Concepts and Data Quality approaches, tools, techniques, vendor landscape and best practices.</li><li>Proven analytical capabilities when managing ambiguity, supporting process management, process re-engineering and data management.</li><li>Experience with understanding relationships between data fields throughout a system.</li><li>Data mapping and data modeling experience.</li><li>Organization and priority setting skills.</li><li>Demonstrated problem-solving skills using available resources, and proactive escalation when additional resources may be required.</li><li>Business Analyst Experience</li><li>Effective written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Ability to interact with users of varying levels of technological understanding and stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Strong technical documentation skills.</li><li>Possesses good time management skills and has the ability to self-manage support/issue priorities.</li><li>Experience working effectively in a globally dispersed team environment.</li></ul><h2>Technical Knowledge</h2><ul><li>4 or more years of experience in the deploying and supporting of complex solutions using master data systems, data migration tools and data governance technologies.</li><li>Informatica Experience (a plus)</li><li>SAP ERP Implementation Experience</li><li>Experience bringing data from many diverse systems including many ERPs to enable a single source of truth</li></ul>#LI-HybridJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
