This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the activities related to Environmental Management, Sustainability, and Quality, while also supporting Health &amp; Safety initiatives within our organisation.Main Responsibilities: <ul><li>Policy &amp; Guidelines Development: Support the definition and implementation of company-wide environmental and HSE policies, guidelines, procedures, objectives, and KPIs.</li><li>Procedure Management: Develop and maintain environmental management procedures while ensuring their effective implementation.</li><li>Stakeholder Collaboration: Interface with all company functions and stakeholders to gather HSE requirements and ensure alignment.</li><li>Awareness Promotion: Assist in designing initiatives to promote environmental awareness and sustainability practices both internally and externally.</li><li>Training: Identify and deliver HSE training programs tailored to the needs of Nadara personnel.</li><li>Contractor Compliance: Monitor and supervise contractors to ensure compliance with company-specific HSQE requirements.</li><li>System Tools Coordination: Define and coordinate software tools for managing audits, inspections, incidents, HSE data collection, analysis, and assessment.</li><li>Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for HSE performance improvement and support their implementation.</li><li>Audit Participation: Participate in and coordinate internal and external audits of management systems.</li><li>Risk Management: Identify environmental hazards, evaluate risks, and implement control measures.</li><li>Emergency Procedures: Review and implement emergency procedures.</li><li>Action Plans: Develop and maintain preventive and corrective action plans for wind farms with a focus on environmental impact.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>A NEBOSH Diploma or Occupational Safety and Health Management degree (or working towards) related field.</li><li>Knowledge of ISO 14001 Management Systems.</li><li>A valid driving license for light vehicles.</li><li>Availability to travel as required.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Knowledge<ul><li>Dynamic, proactive, and highly organised.</li><li>Passionate about health, safety and environmental sustainability.</li><li>Proficient in using Office 365 collaboration tools.</li></ul>Why Join Us?This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in HSE Management.
