•<ul><li>Develop and generate master program schedule for various project types with input from project managers, construction managers, designers, client &amp; other stakeholders including identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints.</li><li>Provide updates to the program schedules and contribute to reporting requirements.</li><li>Review ,monitor and maintain program schedules on monthly basis with input from other entities including, designers, contractors, etc.</li><li>Manage, structure, and transform data, primarily focusing on Excel data and leveraging Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards.</li><li>Collaborate with project teams to understand their data needs and translating complex data into actionable insights</li><li>Provide detailed schedule analysis of time impacts, time extensions, and reporting.</li><li>.Review and analyse Baselines and monthly schedule updates using the critical path method and Earned Value analysis  in Primavera P6 or other suitable software.</li><li>Identify schedule issues, opportunities and corrective actions to mitigate potential delays to projects</li><li>Monitors and actively participates in administering best practices and standards</li><li>Obtains accurate and timely program schedule updates from project teams and performs QA/QC on information received</li><li>Creates and develops conceptual what-if schedules for multiple project types including large complex multi-year projects</li><li>Performs scope review, work breakdown structure (WBS) definition, activity decomposition and estimating, work package development, resource allocation, scheduling, earned value forecasting and status reports</li><li>Present work at project controls meetings on weekly/monthly basis and drive project controls engagement with stakeholders.</li><li>Interfaces between multiple integrated project teams and various departments in the organization or PMO office to coordinate the planning and scheduling responsibility for several projects simultaneously</li><li>Ensures assigned projects are well-organized and develops reports schedule and risk status to executive level audiences</li><li>Knowledgeable of scope control and change management and has demonstrated ability to incorporate directed changes into schedule baseline. Knowledgeable in earned value methodology.</li><li>Familiar with basic cost analysis and forecasting as it relates to planning and scheduling.</li></ul>
