This role is integral to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is a dynamic opportunity to gain exposure to high-level financial operations and executive support.</p><p>*Please note, this role is 100% onsite in Newark, CA.</p><p>You will:</p><p>· Provide direct administrative support to multiple Finance VPs, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document preparation.</p><p>· Act as a reliable backup to Senior Executive Assistants during peak periods or absences, ensuring consistent executive support across the department.</p><p>· Assist with the coordination and logistics of executive-level meetings, financial reviews, team offsites, and internal/external events.</p><p>· Prepare and submit expense reports, manage purchase orders, and support budget tracking and reconciliation efforts.</p><p>· Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, track department documentation, and ensure all records are audit-ready.</p><p>· Support the preparation of presentations, financial reports, and briefing materials; assist with data gathering and analysis as needed.</p><p>· Track key project timelines, deliverables, and team responsibilities in partnership with finance leads and project managers.</p><p>· Serve as a liaison with internal departments and external partners, facilitating timely communication and issue resolution.</p><p>· Identify areas for process improvement and offer proactive administrative solutions to increase efficiency.</p><p>· Uphold strict confidentiality and exercise discretion in managing sensitive financial and personnel information.</p><p>You Have:</p><p>· BA/BS (or equivalent experience) with financial background strongly preferred.</p><p>· 2-3 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably within a Finance or corporate setting.</p><p>· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy.</p><p>· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); familiarity with financial tools or ERP systems is a plus.</p><p>· Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to professional tone and clarity.</p><p>· Self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.</p><p>· High level of discretion, professionalism, and accountability when handling confidential information.</p><p>· Collaborative team player who can work effectively across functions and levels of leadership.</p><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
