<img src="https://workablehr.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/photos/128656/8edf0fc78b980ea77998bb141b7d91c1.png" style="width:759.3736727212533px;height:auto;"> Skeleton's Finance team is looking for an<h3>Investor Relations &amp; Corporate Finance Manager (m/f/x) </h3> with the vision to match our ambition and support our next phase of growth.You’ll work directly with executive leadership to shape our fundraising strategy, engage with world-class investors, and support corporate finance initiatives that fuel our mission.Your tasks in the net zero journey:<ul> <li> Lead the development of investor-facing materials—including capital raise decks, offering memoranda, and executive summaries—ensuring alignment with Skeleton’s long-term growth strategy, market positioning, and financial performance. </li> <li> Drive execution of capital raising initiatives, coordinating investor outreach, roadshows, due diligence processes, and funding events across equity, debt, and non-dilutive capital sources. </li> <li> Act as a key liaison with current and prospective investors, building relationships with institutional, strategic, and impact-focused capital providers to expand and diversify Skeleton’s investor base. </li> <li> Support corporate finance strategy, including funding scenario planning, capital structure optimization, and financial modeling related to fundraising and strategic transactions. </li> <li> Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all investor materials, disclosures, and communications meet relevant regulatory and governance standards across jurisdictions. </li> <li> Monitor capital markets, peer activity, and investor sentiment, translating insights into actionable strategies to refine Skeleton’s positioning and maximize valuation. </li> <li> Provide internal visibility into capital raising dynamics, delivering insights and feedback to executive leadership to inform financial strategy, investor messaging, and business planning.</li> </ul>RequirementsWe don’t expect to master it all. At Skeleton, you’ll have the support of the team and we work together to achieve our goals.
