You will be instrumental in embedding consistent, transparent, and proactive resource management practices across SELUK and SEBLYou will lead demand and capacity planning across all departments, aligning resource forecasts with strategic priorities. You'll identify and resolve resource constraints affecting project delivery, while owning and continuously improving the resource management process.
