Your professional expertise will transcend conventional boundaries, making extraordinary contributions to our collective evolution. </div>How you’ll make an impact:<ul><li>ISO14001/45001 certification - you will lead internal audit and coordinate external audit to maintain the certifications. </li><li>You will do regulations monitoring and share the updates with units, monitor HSE performance, advise and follow up improvement actions and support HSE initiatives in the units for continues improvement.</li><li>You will be training support (LSR, PICW, ABRA).</li><li>You will support Chinese HSE documentation (Policy, posters, training courses, operating system documentation, survey etc.), coordinate Green Electricity Certification purchasing in China and support local sustainability initiatives.</li><li>You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul>Your background:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in environment, Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.</li><li>More than 5years of EHS experience in manufacturing, chemicals, or other high-risk industries.  </li><li>Experience in EHS audits, compliance inspections, and corrective action plans.  </li><li>Certifications such as Certified Safety Professional, NEBOSH, or China’s Registered Safety Engineer are preferred.   </li><li>Strong stakeholder management to drive EHS compliance across units.
