We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.</div>What You’ll Do:Note: This is a part time temporary position based out of our Design Studio in Mountain ViewManage credit card expenses<ul><li>Proper documentation/classification of credit card purchases</li><li>Monitor monthly spending limit by maintaining budget tracker</li><li>Creatively strategize alternatives for credit card purchasing</li></ul>Studio Ordering<ul><li>Keep kitchen stocked and organized</li><li>Costco, Imperfect Foods, Nespresso, Instacart</li><li>All Amazon purchases</li><li>Submit all orders from team channel</li><li>Supply cabinet</li><li>Printing supplies</li><li>Maintain multiple design studio spaces </li><li>Creatively refresh kitchen and bathrooms</li></ul>Shipping<ul><li>Drop items at shipping companies as needed</li><li>Create shipping labels, packing lists, and commercial invoices as needed</li><li>Monitor shipments to ensure timely deliveries</li><li>Goods receipts</li></ul>Misc. Site Maintenance<ul><li>T&amp;E for VP and necessary visitors</li><li>Resin waste pickups as needed</li><li>Shredding bin pickup as needed</li><li>Battery disposals as needed</li><li>Machine maintenance scheduling as needed</li><li>3D printers, air compressor, HVAC system</li><li>Monitor IT / Facilities tickets</li><li>Drive expected results with timeliness and proper execution</li><li>Initiate and submit Supplier Onboarding per established process</li></ul>What You Need:<ul><li>Extremely detail oriented, able to work with numbers quickly but precisely</li><li>Experience in Excel or Sheets</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize</li><li>Ability to work with interruptions</li><li>Creative problem solver – never taking “can’t” as a dead end</li><li>Reliable transportation for studio errands</li></ul>Bonus Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with Concur and Slack</li><li>Experience in automotive or aviation</li><li>Experience in B2B contracts</li></ul>Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications.At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
