Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering Manager to lead our team of Process Engineers at our manufacturing facility. This position will oversee engineering support for our fermentation, food production, and packaging operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and scalable processes that align with business and regulatory requirements.
