You will craft and execute our <strong>national expansion roadmap</strong>, identify strategic areas for growth, and build high-value partnerships that drive long-term impact.</p><p>Directly reporting to General Manager Italy, you will play a pivotal role in <strong>shaping our go-to-market strategy</strong>, adapting our offerings to local market dynamics and ensuring we stay ahead of policy and regulatory changes.</p><h3><br></h3><h3>🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️Your Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><strong>Define and lead the expansion roadmap</strong> for Italy, identifying high-potential development zones and opportunities across sectors.</li><li>Manage and grow a high-performing team covering <strong>SMB, Key Account, and Public Administration verticals</strong>, ensuring execution excellence and motivation.</li><li>Build and scale the <strong>sales machine</strong>: from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring process efficiency and a data-driven approach.</li><li>Own and navigate complex negotiations with major retailers, real estate partners, and public institutions, aligning strategic interests and delivering win-win agreements.</li><li>Secure internal validation (including investment committee approvals) by presenting robust business cases with strong analytical backing and regulatory alignment.</li><li>Ensure <strong>cross-functional collaboration</strong> with legal, technical, deployment, and public affairs teams to deliver seamless execution.</li><li>Monitor and adapt to <strong>local policy and market trends</strong>, continuously refining strategy based on insights.</li><li>Develop and nurture a strong <strong>ecosystem of partners</strong>, from municipalities to real estate developers, to strengthen Electra’s presence and brand in the Italian market.</li></ul><h3><br></h3><h3>💚 Your Profile</h3><ul><li><strong>8+ years of experience</strong> in business development, key account, sales or expansion, with at least <strong>3 years in a leadership role</strong>.</li><li>Strong track record in <strong>crafting go-to-market strategies</strong> and <strong>scaling sales teams</strong>, ideally in infrastructure, mobility, energy, or real estate.</li><li>Exceptional analytical skills: you can <strong>evaluate locations strategically</strong>, build solid business cases, and turn data into actionable insights.</li><li>Confident in managing complex stakeholders; you’re a skilled communicator and negotiator who can influence both internally and externally.</li><li>You thrive in <strong>fast-paced, ambiguous environments</strong>, and you’re motivated by the challenge of building something from the ground up.</li><li>You are <strong>resilient, structured, and results-driven</strong>, able to turn vision into executable action plans.</li><li>Fluent in <strong>Italian and English</strong>; <strong>French is a plus</strong>.</li></ul><h3><strong><br></strong></h3><h3><strong>⚡ What Electra offers you</strong></h3><ul><li>An entrepreneurial journey</li><li>A motivated, driven and passionate team of 220+ professionals</li><li>A flexible, inclusive and international work environment</li><li>An attractive package</li><li>A great professional challenge in a fast-growing scale-up</li></ul><p><br></p><p>At Electra, we're committed to creating an environment in which you feel confident, secure and free to be yourself and express your full potential.
