Summary of RoleAn Oracle EBS Quality Manager sits in the Offshore Oracle Delivery Department and is in charge of overseeing and managing the quality assurance of Oracle Solutions. without requiring rework, retesting or corrections/fixes.</li><li>It assesses the effectiveness of the initial quality checks and processes implemented by the quality assurance team.</li><li>This KPI will also be tracked during QA testing campaigns in scope of project implementation or in Maintenance Release validation.</li></ul><ul><li>Testing Coverage (TCO)</li></ul><ul><li>TCO will assess the constant and targeted increase of QA testing coverage of Oracle Solutions.
