Together, we will change the future of energy, because the world can't wait.</div> What You Will Be Doing:You will design, deliver, and scale comprehensive training programs that support Helion’s growth and employee success. You will build impactful learning experiences, support adoption of training initiatives, and collaborate across the company to equip employees with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive. You will report to the Director of Talent &amp; People Operations and this is an onsite role located at our Everett, WA office.You Will:<ul><li>Design and deliver training programs aligned with Helion’s goals and values</li><li>Participate in all aspects of the learning lifecycle, including needs assessment, content creation, delivery, and evaluation</li><li>Develop learning content for a variety of technical and non-technical topics</li><li>Co-manage our LMS and learning tools, including content curation, course assignments, and reporting</li><li>Track participation, gather feedback, and continuously improve training effectiveness</li><li>Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to identify, build, and deliver training across the organization</li><li>Manage vendor relationships and support broader employee development initiatives</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>5+ years of experience designing and delivering training programs in startup or fast-paced environments</li><li>Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives</li><li>Experience creating technical and role-specific training content across multiple disciplines</li><li>Proficiency managing and maintaining Learning Management Systems (LMS)</li><li>Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience</li></ul>#LI-Onsite #LI-MM1<div><div><div>Total Compensation and BenefitsHelion's compensation package includes a competitively benchmarked base salary, meaningful equity grants, and comprehensive benefits.
