Enphase is also one of the most successful and innovative clean energy companies in the world, with more than 80 million products shipped across 160 countries. <br>  <br>Join our dynamic teams designing and developing next-gen energy technologies and help drive a sustainable future!</div><div> </div><div>This role at Enphase requires working onsite <strong>3 days a week</strong>, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.</div></div><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>For our EVSE integration team in the Cloud Business Unit we seek experienced IOT/ Cloud SW Technical Leader who will be able to work across multiple products to lead effective product architecture and development</p><p>Hands-on in various technologies, Mentor team of Engineers, on day-to-day duties as well as work with leadership team on strategic initiatives</p><p>Provide hands-on technical expertise to design, engineer, deploy, and deliver including driving improvements in technical architecture, standards, and processes.</p><p>Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Program Management and Professional Services to ensure required technology upgrades/migrations/ and builds are well understood and planned into roadmaps.</p><p><strong>What you will be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience with best-in-class software engineering practices</li><li>Good programming knowledge of Backend</li><li>Polyglot programmer with any combo of Java + Spring Boot, JavaScript + Node, Python</li><li>Adept in multiple databases including SQL + NoSQL (Mongo / Cassandra DB / DynamoDB)</li><li>Good knowledge of web technologies, design patterns and architecture principles</li><li>Familiarity with Frontend development, HTML/CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design</li><li>Familiar with HA/DR, scalability, performance, code optimizations</li><li>Experience with working with highly performance and throughput systems</li><li>Ability to define, track and deliver items to one’s own schedule</li><li>Good organizational skills and the ability to work on more than one project at a time</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and good communication skills</li></ul><p><strong>Who you are and what you bring</strong></p><ul><li>B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering</li><li>6+ years of solid software development experience</li><li>Extensive knowledge of at least 1 cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP)</li><li>IOT Based product functionality knowledge</li><li>Good knowledge and experience with Agile, TDD or BDD methodologies</li><li>Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture</li><li>Understanding of software quality assurance and security principles</li><li>A technical mindset with great attention to detail</li><li>Ability to collaborate and work across team, functions, and geographies</li><li>Experience with JIRA, Confluence, GIT, Bitbucket etc</li><li>Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design</li><li>Exposure or knowledge in Renewable Tech companies</li><li>Familiarity with working with any embedded or telecom or hardware product is desirable</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience with IoT based systems preferred</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
