The Operations Coordinator will be the on-the-ground presence for the Lithos Operations team during deployments. They will often be the most visible member of the company to farmers, truckers, and other partners in the field. This individual will perform a variety of tasks in-the-field and will operate with a high degree of autonomy. We are very open to a range of experience and skills, and this role could be expanded to accommodate useful skillsets and abilities. Opportunities for growth and advancement within Lithos are available for individuals who perform above and beyond in this role. The Operations Coordinator role is a full-time remote role at Lithos. Employee will be expected to work at various locations within a ~50 mile radius of the greater Pembine, WI area. Employee’s time will likely be split roughly 75% traveling within this radius and 25% managing data entry and communicating with the Lithos Operations team from home.
