We are seeking a talented innovative Mechanical Design Engineers, to join our team in our Building Engineering practice, in the UAE. As a key member of our Building Services team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving mechanical systems and products that meet our clients' needs and industry standards.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create designs specific to their discipline, i.e., heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), lighting, power distribution, fire safety, plumbing, and energy systems.</li><li>Develop sustainable and energy-efficient solutions that comply with regulations and environmental standards.</li><li>Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to integrate building systems into overall designs.</li><li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.</li><li>Prepare technical reports, specifications, and calculations to support project needs.</li><li>Ensure compatibility and functionality of various building services systems within the structure.</li><li>Address challenges in integrating new systems into existing buildings or structures.</li><li>Ensure designs meet local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and provide solutions to mitigate potential hazards.</li><li>Conduct design reviews, audits, and risk assessments to ensure the reliability and safety of designs.</li><li>Stay updated on advancements in building technologies, materials, and energy solutions.</li><li>Explore and implement innovative designs that reduce carbon footprints.</li><li>Adopt advanced BIM modelling solutions, including computational engineering for sizing systems in the revit environment.</li><li>Should be able to develop Models to LOD 150 to integrate conceptual spatial planning in design using Revit</li><li>Learn and apply digital delivery workflows through system optimization, advanced simulations strategies, and multidisciplinary coordination through adoption of Revit tools/Revizto in ACC and BIM 360 environment.</li><li>Develop Digital skills through adoption of Programming languages in enhancing design automation, data analysis and system integration.</li></ul>
