We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Accounting Manager to manage critical accounting operations and provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead process improvements while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.  Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), revenue recognition, general ledger, and reconciliations.</li><li>Review and approve journal entries impacting business unit operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Identify, recommend, and implement improvements in financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control policies.</li><li>Collaborate directly with operational managers to verify correct coding of transactions and provide training as needed to maintain data accuracy.</li><li>Analyze costs recorded in the general ledger in detail to support operational and financial decision-making.</li><li>Report operational statistics and KPIs, reporting results in alignment with established timelines.</li><li>Lead and contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing accounting operations.</li><li>Maintain strict quality control over financial transactions and reporting processes.</li><li>Develop, update, and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement efforts to ensure timely and accurate reporting and operational excellence.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Team Development  :<ul><li>Lead, manage, and develop a team of ~5 to 7 direct reports.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation in financial processes and systems.</li><li>Coordinate team goals with company objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.</li><li>Provide mentoring and coaching to team members, focusing on their professional growth and development.</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.</li><li>Must have 5+ years senior level experience of month-end close, full cycle accounting</li><li>Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required.</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial insights.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience leading projects and driving process improvements.</li><li>Primarily in an office environment, some travel may be required from time to time to time at various company locations.</li></ul>  We thank you for your interest.
