The role is for multiple shifts throughout the day and evening.  The Joby Aviation team is looking to add to our already dynamic team with good people with great skills.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>Ensure equipment is running without errors</li> <li>Notify team members in the event of equipment error</li> <li>Unload parts from equipment, load new part batches, and initiate a new cycle</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><h2>Required</h2><ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</li> <li>Positive attitude</li> <li>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence</li> <li>Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English</li> <li>Ability to demonstrate good judgment and problem solving skills</li> <li>Must have your own transportation</li> <li>Availability to work in shifts, during weekends and evenings</li></ul><p> </p><h2>Desired</h2><p>. The target hourly rate for this position is $18- $20/hr.
