Anticipate technological trends and drive innovation to maintain the company's competitive edge.</li><li>Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide development opportunities.</li><li>Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
