Involve plant preventive maintenance. Holding safety meetings, performing safety audits (including APSAM, BSP,5M, safety action training and so on) and report shift production progress and status. report near miss / incident occurred within shift. Improve English level constantly, being able to read the safety manual and operation manual. Facilitate the interaction with customer, authorities and other departments. On shift emergency evacuation sponsor, crisis coordinator within shift. Responsible for the spare parts management. Keep in contact with suppliers, engineers, project and maintenance contractors; conduct / take part in troubleshooting root cause analysis with related people when it needs. /参与故障排除根本原因分析； Conduct cross training with colleagues.
