Apply manufacturing knowledge (with an understanding of current manufacturing capability) to participate in design change decisions to reduce manufacturing risk.</li><li>Work with engineering and production to assist in the building of pre-production systems to ensure a smooth transition to manufacturing.</li><li>As required, coordinate, approve and authorize the release of drawings and specifications from engineering to production.</li><li>Coordinate, initiate, review, and approve Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s).
