You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards. You’ll be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality management systems, establishing best practices, and driving continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.As our Product Quality Manager, you will:<ul><li>Process Implementation &amp; Improvement: Develop, implement, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control processes across the organization to ensure consistency and efficiency in product quality.</li><li>Lead Quality Operations: Oversee and execute incoming and outgoing quality inspections for all components, PCBAs, enclosures, and systems.</li><li>Product Quality Assurance: Monitor product performance through regular inspections and audits. Ensure that quality control and testing protocols are followed by the team.</li><li>Customer Satisfaction: Proactively address customer complaints related to product quality and collaborate with the customer support team to identify and resolve any product issues.</li></ul>Qualities of a Successful Candidate<ul><li>Experience: 4+ years in quality management within a technology hardware company, with hands-on involvement in product quality assurance, quality control, and process improvement.</li><li>Technical Expertise: Solid background in IC fabrication, PCBA processes, supplier quality engineering, and Final Assembly Test and Packaging (FATP).</li><li>Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with quality management standards such as ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, and JEDEC.</li><li>Leadership &amp; Communication: Proven ability to lead teams effectively with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Analytical &amp; Problem-Solving: Strong root cause and failure analysis skills with a data-driven mindset for implementing corrective actions.</li><li>Process-Oriented: Experience creating and managing quality control processes (e.g., IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC) and standard operating procedures.</li><li>CM Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working closely with contract manufacturers (CMs) to maintain and improve product quality across the supply chain.</li><li>Tools &amp; Systems: Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, CAPA, and document control systems.
